Apply for Developer of the Year

This award is open to any development company operating on the Island of Ireland that can demonstrate a commitment to the highest design and sustainability standards, as well as a developed CSR philosophy.

Entry is by a five A4 page submission. It should include three projects, two of which must have been completed in the last three years, and one of which may be at the design stage. The judges will be looking for clear information that is backed up by facts and pays particular attention to the criteria listed below:

Background: Please outline your career background or your organisation’s background.
Project: Describe the three projects. Include details such as timeline, size, budget, brief etc.
Excellence: How did you approach the different phases of these projects, from design to completion? What processes were used to guarantee all-round design excellence? How did you ensure that clients received the highest level of service, quality, and value? What made this construction stand out?
Innovation: Did these projects incorporate any innovations? Were there any particular challenges or requests in the briefs that had to be overcome in innovative and creative ways?
